Welcome to Cretemotocamp
Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Please read these Terms & Safety Guidelines before participating in any motorcycle tour or camping experience. By joining our tours, you agree to follow these rules and acknowledge the inherent risks of motorcycle riding.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour. After this period, the full amount is non-refundable.
- Prices are per guest and include motorcycles, helmets, and guided experience unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility
- Riders must have a valid Category A motorcycle license (or equivalent).
- Participants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian consent.
- Passengers do not require a license but must follow the guide’s safety instructions at all times.
Safety Guidelines
- Helmets and protective gear must be worn at all times.
- Follow the guide’s instructions and maintain a safe distance from other riders.
- Do not exceed speed limits or take unnecessary risks.
- Weather or road conditions may cause modifications to the tour route.
Health & Responsibility
- Participants must be physically able to ride or sit safely as a passenger.
- Cretemotocamp is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions or injuries resulting from unsafe behaviour.
- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited before or during the tour.
Liability
- Participants join tours at their own risk.
- Cretemotocamp and its staff are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the tour.
- By participating, you agree to follow all safety instructions and acknowledge the inherent risks of motorcycle riding.
Photography & Media
- Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional use.
- If you do not wish to appear in the media, please inform the guide before the tour.
Consent
- By booking a tour and checking the consent box on the booking Google form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Safety Guidelines.
